Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 11, 2026
ArchiLoopa is committed to making our website and library accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the user experience by applying recognised accessibility standards.
1. Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
2. What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for screen-reader navigation.
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast across light and dark themes.
- Provide visible focus indicators and full keyboard navigation.
- Add descriptive
alttext to meaningful images. - Caption educational videos in the library where feasible.
- Respect user preferences for reduced motion.
- Test regularly with automated tools and assistive technologies.
3. Compatibility
ArchiLoopa is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Some legacy browser versions may not be fully supported.
4. Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Older community-uploaded videos may lack captions or transcripts.
- Some interactive 3D previews may be difficult to operate without a pointing device.
- Third-party embeds (e.g. payment widgets) follow their providers' accessibility standards.
We are actively working to close these gaps.
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ArchiLoopa. If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact us — we aim to respond within 5 working days.
- Email: info@archiloopa.com
- Please describe the issue, the page URL, and the assistive technology you are using.
6. Enforcement (EU users)
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the accessibility supervisory authority in your country of residence under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
