• Account data: name, email, profession, country, city, profile photo, bio, website.
• Newsletter data: email address and consent record.
• Content you upload: projects, photos, articles, courses, and webinar recordings.
• Transaction data: purchases, subscriptions, billing details (handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, approximate location, and cookies (see section 7).

3. How we use your data

• Provide and operate the platform, including your profile and library access.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Send service emails (account, security, purchases) and, with consent, the newsletter.
• Improve our content, features, and user experience.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on the following bases: contract (to provide the service), consent (newsletter and optional cookies), legitimate interests (platform security and analytics), and legal obligation (tax, accounting).

We share data only with trusted processors who help us operate: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payments. We do not sell your personal data. International transfers, where they occur, are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
